Light up, get lit up.

Indoor smoking has been banned in piecemeal since 1997. Now, there are very, very few places in the United States and much of the Western world where it’s A-okay to light up while indoors. For that kind of freedom, you’re going to need to head to Serbia!

Still, some people can’t help but try to spark up a ciggie when they’ve had a few beers. This woman was one of those people, and when a cop told her she couldn’t do that, she resisted — which led to this:
