As long as people have had cars, there have been other people trying to steal them. There’s a lot of value that can be ripped from a car, either from selling it outright or scrapping the thing for parts. So if you can get your hands on one, you’re basically guaranteed a payday.

The problem is, it’s both illegal and a majorly assholish thing to do. As a result, if people catch you stealing a car, they might not take too kindly to it, as these passersby showed after two dudes attempted to jack this vehicle.
