The blast appears to have killed four people and injured 26 others.

On Thursday, a gas explosion occurred at the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store in Taichung, Taiwan. The blast, which appears to have stemmed from the 12th-floor food court, caused extensive damage, with debris raining on pedestrians below.
