Lately, it seems like the machines have had enough of our bullshit. Once eager to bend to our whims, the modern mechanical marvel now appears ready to resist our instruction, from staging mutinies against its captors to offing itself once the going gets bad.

Now, it appears that the latter has happened again, as this dump truck gave up mid-dump and sent its driver flying.

What could go wrong? Not following safety protocols.
