Now I know what you're thinking, of course you can't bring things like explosives, loaded firearms, drugs, etc on a plane, however these are not those items.
While some of these items you'll have to check below the plane, some things are banned completely from airlines.
If you've ever flown with sports equipment, you know the ropes, but for those of you who fly light, here are just some of the items, you aren't allowed to bring on planes. So don't even try it.

"While these fun toys are allowed to be checked in with your luggage, you can not bring them in as a carry on." -
