As people get older, our bodies, minds, and physical appearance change with time. Some people are lucky enough to age gracefully or barely age at all, while for other people, time can be less kind to cause them to look much older than they actually are. Sure, some of it is in your control like your lifestyle, eating habits, and any ahem, vices you might partake in.
