The Citizens Advertising Takeover Service (C.A.T.S) raised $50,000 on Kickstarter to replace all the normal advertisements at the Clapham Common Tube Station with pictures of cats. It's apparently not a marketing campaign, but a group of volunteers that want to help people look at the world differently.
