The only thing notable about the meme is it's absurdity. The joke is that this dude is reading a book at Miller Grove High School and that people like to fake joke about that is funny. The irony level here is very high and is very confusing to those not in on the joke.

If you remember the "My man Kevin on the ledge and shit" meme, it's the same crop of meme.

They did surgery on a grape, is another example of this terrible style of copy and paste meme.

Ah so TikTok is where there's definitely been an uptick in these memes.
