It takes time to create something, and plenty of time to create something good.

Many people have requests and most are polite, but there are needy ones that ask "what is taking so long?!!"

And Flo's main job is wedding photography so making art is taking time from her work.

Not to mention there are hundreds or more people also making requests.

So be kind to artists, they are not looking down on you, it just takes a while. BTW, Flo is experienced in creating artwork so the time a novice would spend should be a couple times longer, and the effects wouldn't be nearly as good.
