'Fight Night at Freddy’s': Moviegoers Brawl During Advanced Screening of 'Five Nights at Freddy's'

Though Five Nights at Freddy's isn’t slated to hit the big screen until Thursday, the flick has already proven it can draw its target audiences — 12-year-olds and those who act like 12-year-olds — after a massive brawl broke out during an early screening of the video game adaptation.

Though it remains unclear what sparked the front row between several London moviegoers, it was evidently something worth kicking ass over, a group of sweatshirt-clad men proceeding to repeatedly punch the living daylights out of each other while the film’s credits rolled in the background.

The absence of details, however, did not stop FNAF fans from dunking on the brawl.

“They unlocked the sixth night,” @STEVEMILF captioned a quote tweet of the clip, while @cherryvolumesix heralded the ordeal as the return of the pre-pandemic movie theater experience.

“Real cinema is back, everyone cheers,” they wrote.

But hey to paraphrase @hotasswiftin, we too are “honestly surprised this didn't happen at The Eras Tour movie.”
