Is there no justice in this world?

It almost doesn’t need to be said at this point, but the American airline industry is, to use corporate language, “in the shitter.” Flying not only sucks nowadays, but even if you manage to get onto the plane without paying out the ass for baggage fees and extra legroom, there’s still a chance that the plane will crash before you reach your destination!

Still, some people are enthusiastic about flying. In fact, this woman was so enthusiastic that it got her fired.

According to flight attendant Nelle Diala, she was getting ready for an early morning flight when she decided to film a fun little twerking video on an empty plane. Once the video went viral, she says her employer, Alaska Airlines, fired her, allegedly for violating the airline’s social media policy. Call me crazy, but I’d think that a happy, enthusiastic, twerking flight attendant would *help* sales, not hurt them!
