Florida Man strikes again. This time in the courtroom.
Convicted killer, Steven Lorenzo was sentenced to death by Judge Christopher Sabella, but not before one of the strangest statements we've seen in quite some time, as Lorenzo himself thanked his attorney, the prosecution, and even thanked the judge, before he asked for the death penalty.
In the most polite manner possible, Lorenzo begged to be housed on death row with the assumption that someday he would be executed. Even though Judge Sabella allowed Lorenzo to plead his case, the decision to grant the death penalty was solely based on what the victims' families wanted.
