As anyone who lives in a city will tell you, parking enforcement can be ruthless. I understand that you have a job to do, but does that really mean you gotta ticket me the second I hit 16 minutes in the 15-minute zone?

Apparently, this is even worse in the U.K. After this car got into a rollover accident, the people of the streets came together to flip the car upright. Then, the car got a ticket.
