That'll show them!
YouTube pranksters Josh and Archie decided to prank the Chinese Embassy with a 'spy balloon' of their own. After testing the experiment first with a normal-sized birthday balloon, they broke out the heavy artillery; a helium machine. That's when passersby decided to ask questions.
In the end, the boys did wind up getting the balloon - with a camera attached - to "spy" on the Chinese Embassy.
