If the police have you in a position where you’re shirtless and dangling out of a window, I think we can all agree that it’s probably a good time to give up. At the very least, you should have the good sense to know that you’re not going to get out of the situation while upside-down 40 feet in the air — go inside, *then* try to wriggle your way out of this!

The guy in the video below, it seems, didn’t know that, and so, the police had to work their butts off to get him back into the apartment.
