Never come after a man with the power of the Lord on his side!

Church is supposed to be a place of calm, which is why it was probably pretty surprising when someone tried to stab a 38-year old pastor in Winnipeg, Canada.

As this video shows, the pastor is just up on the stage doing his thing when a dude comes up brandishing a knife. Thankfully, the pastor is able to get away with ease, and the would-be attacker was quickly apprehended by an off-duty RCMP officer.

As for why it happened, nobody knows. The pastor claims he has no memory of ever seeing the 50-year-old attacker before, and he doesn’t seem to have any real connection to the church.

Just one of those weird things, I guess!
