Boston is, well, it’s a city. As one of the oldest cities in the U.S., it represents everything both beautiful and crass about our country: a haven of academics and arts paired with a younger population of day-drunks and wannabe street thugs with the worst accent possible. Even if you go to Boston wanting to become involved with the former, there’s no way to do so without exposing yourself to the latter.

Everyone who goes to Boston is aware of this, including, it seems, the pests in the airport.
