How is one supposed to show off their strength? Sure, you could lift a lot of weights, but that only shows one side of your strength. A true strongman should have strength in all fields. But how is one to display that in a format consumable via social media?

Well, if you’re this Russian strongman, you do so by packing a bunch of stunts into one clip.

Here, we see our beefed-up star pour icy water on himself, bend a wrench and then intentionally run over his arm with a car. Impressive — but you can’t convince me this isn’t just a normal day in Russia.
