Recently, there’s been a trend of “in the air” dining experiences. This is where people gather for a “dinner in the sky,” where they’re attached to something that sends them into the air while someone cooks a subpar meal for them.
Hey, at least it looks good on Instagram!
Well, sometimes it does, at least. In many cases, people find that the experience of being way up high just isn’t all that pleasant, especially when you’re exposed to the elements. In other cases, like this one, these “dinner in the sky” experiences aren’t as safe as they might appear, and problems can quickly arise and make it difficult to finish your steak au poivre.
