The Sacramento County sheriff's deputy is now on *paid* administrative leave.

Police are supposed to be trained to be courteous to the people they serve. After all, the public they’re serving *are* the ones paying their salaries, so you’d think they’d be a little bit gracious and thankful.

You’d think that, sure, but it’s rarely if ever the case. Cops can be real assholes, as we keep learning over and over again. Case in point: This Sacramento County sheriff's deputy, whose body cam caught him literally kicking a woman onto the sidewalk while escorting her from jail.

This case comes just a few days after *another* Sacramento County sheriff's deputy was accused of resisting arrest, loitering on someone’s property with intent to commit a crime and driving under the influence.

What the hell is going on over there?
