In the U.S., we have a pretty romantic understanding of Europe. They spend their days lounging around the canals, cigarette in one hand and espresso in the other. Maybe if they feel like it, they’ll go to work, but for the most part, the European life is one of not working while you complain about the government not working.

In reality, Europeans are just as stupid and debaucherous as Americans, just in different ways. For example, rather than hang around by a canal, these Europeans decided to pee off of it — and right into the boats of some tourists passing through.
