So, what’s the city trying to get rid of its pigeons supposed to do? Well, they can start by hiring this dude, who throws hawks at pigeons via his car window.

According to him, it works to both kill pigeons and stop them from returning. Then again, maybe he just really likes throwing hawks out of his car.
